Your Guide to Playing It Safe on QASHR

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the QASHR Technologies Ltd mobile application, website, and services (“QASHR”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

• User: Any individual or entity who registers to use the QASHR platform.
• Liquidity Agent: A user who lists physical cash availability for P2P exchange.
• Escrow Wallet: The virtual wallet used to hold funds securely during a transaction.
• SoftPOS: Software-based Point of Sale service that allows merchants to accept card payments via mobile devices.
• Naira: The currency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• KYC: Know Your Customer verification as required by Nigerian regulations.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

QASHR provides digital financial services, including but not limited to:

• Peer-to-peer (P2P) cash-for-transfer matching
• Mobile Point-of-Sale (SoftPOS) services
• Wallet and escrow services
• Payment facilitation and digital transfer
• Agent liquidity listings
• Bill payment and airtime recharge

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use QASHR, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Nigerian phone number and bank account
• Complete identity verification (KYC) as required by law
• Not be a person barred under applicable Nigerian law

4. USER ACCOUNTS

Upon registration, users must provide accurate information including full name, contact details, BVN/NIN, and government-issued ID. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying QASHR of any unauthorized access immediately

5. FEES & CHARGES

• Transaction fees range between 1% and 2%, depending on the service used.
• Float yield earnings may apply for wallet balances above regulatory thresholds.
• Subscription plans and premium features are billed separately as disclosed.

6. ESCROW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Funds are held in escrow until both parties confirm fulfillment.
• Disputes may be reported via the in-app support system within 24 hours of a transaction.
• QASHR reserves the right to investigate, mediate, and resolve disputes based on available transaction data. QASHR’s decision on escrow releases will be final.

7. TRUST & RATINGS

• Based on completed transactions, user feedback, and verification level (KYC Tier).
• Users with poor ratings or repeated violations may be suspended or blacklisted.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities
• Use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Harass or harm other users
• Circumvent system restrictions

9. COMPLIANCE WITH NIGERIAN LAW

• NDPR – Nigeria Data Protection Regulation
• CBN Regulations – Including mobile money, SoftPOS, and KYC guidelines
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, trademarks, software, and features belong to QASHR Technologies Ltd.
• Users may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer platform materials without written consent.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• QASHR is not liable for losses due to user error or negligence.
• Liability is limited to fees paid by the user for the specific transaction.

13. TERMINATION

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail compliance, or pose a risk.
• You may delete your account via in-app settings.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

QASHR reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lagos State courts.
